The Corner Booth Episode 11: Jordan Documentary, Wimbledon, and Knicks Rewatch

Welcome back to The Corner Booth. In Episode 11 we finally succumb to the lack of sports and begin our rewatch series of games we find interesting and those that mean a lot to us.

To start things off we touch on ESPN finally breaking down after weeks of peer pressure on the internet and release The Last Dance, their documentary on Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls last championship in the 1997-1998 season. Showing that when we come together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.

We move on to the continuing effect that the Coronavirus is having on our sports world. Just today Wimbledon, the lone grass court major in professional tennis has been canceled for the first time since the Second World War.

After a couple of weeks of teasing Scors and I finally break down the 2013 Eastern Conference Semifinals Game Six between the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers. As two Knicks fans, this game broke our hearts when it happened, when we rewatched it, and again when we discussed it here.

All that and more in The Corner Booth. If you don’t want to leave this window open for an hour, listen to us on Spotify.
